Belgian Fries Museum: Hugues Henry, Honorary Citizen of the Îlot Sacré, Brussels

Brussels Fries Museum: Hugues Henry Awarded the Silver Cross of the Order of Friturists
On November 25, 2014, Hugues Henry, a Belgian fries enthusiast and creator of the Micro Fries Museum / Frietmuseum in Brussels, received the Silver Cross of the National Order of the Golden Cornet from Bernard Lefèvre, President of the National Union of Friturists (UNAFRI-NAVEFRI).
